As far as I know, that seller is very dodgy, got a bit of a reputation 
Have used IMA for various bits n bats and found the quality good, delivery quick,... prices great !
The Butt for around £25plus postage is reasonable,.. better than trying to model yer own in the garage till all hours......
Yep mine came in about a week .
Note if you get one of these a 20-25mm wide wood drill can be carefully used to extend the recoil spring hole , down through the oil bottle cavity to make enough room to get a long mini stick battery in there (AK47 thingy) .

stock modified to fit now. will glue and screw it in tomorrow and then just need some mp44 mags and im set

ho humm with the angle of the second screw it wouldnt go in. was just coming out the top of the stock so liberally applied sticks like s**t. hopefully it'll hold
Update on my MP44 project . Having seen some others on here I thought it time to move to phase 2 .
So here we have custom built front end from all metal parts inc some bits from Warren and a repro handguard from SSD . A hand built steel upper receiver with ejection port cover . Mini stick battery now lives in an IMA repro wood stock . The rear sites are knocked up , I could do with some AK47 or similar ones for a better look . Most of the paint has now gone , so it looks hopefully all steel . The only plastic left is the pistol grip assy which is required for the motor housing . Currently awaiting delivery of front sling swivel and a repro K98 sling, could also do with some proper handgrips (anyone have them spare?)
Comparing to real steel , it’s 1†too short it’s due to the length of the receiver : sadly not much I can do about that, and weighs a whopping 8 lb , three short of real steel . Used it on the 16th and it seems to be working fine with the new 110 spring .
Don’t ask how much I’ve got in it , the four mags set me back £160 and the base CA gun was £200 so we’re getting not too far off Shoei money now .
Looking good matey. However, an M110 will take you WAY over 99% of site limits unless you've got a major air-loss problem elsewhere in the gun.

Hello, according to 'German submachine guns and assault rifles of world war 11' by WE Inc,. the short 10 round mag was manufactured for the StG 45.

As we do quite a few night games at our site, I was playing with the idea of an Mp44 Vampyr. From what I've found out so far, an A frame was worn with a large metal container for the battery, and a lead ran round to the NV unit. Pimms mentioned to me that he might be selling his A frame as he never uses it, and I was thinking that with just a dummy box holding my hunting lamp battery, I could run a lead to a hunting lamp that I could sit on top of a yukon NV unit. If I put an IR filter on the lamp it would give me a good IR beam for the yukon to pick up. Yes it would give the enemy a big red ball to aim at (them's the problems with NV, players see a glow and it's headshots for the user;) )
Does anyone have any pics of the Vampyr unit or any links to reference of the guns?
I know I stand to be flamed by the purists for thinking of using NV, but if the weapon existed, why not? At the end of the day it's only ever likely to be used on my regular site, and they're used to me there

Yes I know it looks totally ridiculous but I wondered if it was possible to have a go at making one of these and if it would work with bbs?
For practical reasons I cant see any situation where I would use it, I just wondered if it could be done and if it would work, which is usually enough reason for having a go!
I'll pop into my local tile center and see if I can get some mirror tiles to use for the prismatic site.
From what I can see it's a block that clamps onto the muzzle, a shield type thing to hold the prism / sight and a bent barrel extension.
Is this the ultimate way round the "Blind Firing" rule?

IMO, the Krummlauf would work better with a BB as it's spherical. It might disrupt the effect of the hop, though.
You'll probably get some weird trajectories.
